Kids Jiu Jitsu That Builds Confident, Strong, and Resilient Kids

A world-class kids program in College Park, Orlando,
led by 10x World Champion Bruno Malfacine and 3x World Champion Ge Malfacine.

Every child walks through our doors with a different goal.

Some want to learn self-defense. Some need more confidence. Some are shy and unsure. Some are full of energy and need structure. Some may one day want to compete at the highest level.

At Bruno Malfacine Jiu Jitsu Academy, our Kids Program is designed to meet each child where they are and help them grow through Jiu Jitsu. Under the guidance of Bruno and Ge Malfacine, students learn real technique, discipline, focus, respect, confidence, and how to stay calm under pressure.

This is more than a martial arts class. It is a program built to help children become stronger on and off the mats.

More Than Jiu Jitsu. A Tool for Life.

The Kids Jiu Jitsu Program at Bruno Malfacine Jiu Jitsu Academy helps children build the skills they need to protect themselves, believe in themselves, and carry themselves with confidence.

Led by world champion coaches Bruno Malfacine and Ge Malfacine, the program teaches children the foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Students learn how to move, listen, focus, work with partners, solve problems, and improve one step at a time.

But the real impact goes beyond technique.

Jiu Jitsu teaches children how to stay calm in uncomfortable situations. It teaches them how to handle pressure, set boundaries, respect others, and keep going when something is hard. Over time, students begin to change. They become more confident. More focused. More aware. More comfortable with challenges.

That transformation is the heart of our program.

From shy and unsure to confident and strong

One of the most powerful parts of teaching kids Jiu Jitsu is watching their confidence grow.

A child may start nervous, quiet, or unsure of themselves. With the right coaching, structure, and encouragement, they begin to stand taller. They learn how to move their body, how to use technique, how to work with a partner, and how to speak up for themselves.

Jiu Jitsu gives children a safe place to practice being brave.

They learn that they do not need to be the biggest, loudest, or strongest person in the room to be capable. They learn how to stay calm, how to protect themselves, and how to use discipline instead of fear.

This is why our program is about much more than winning matches. It is about helping children become confident, strong, and prepared for life.

Led by Bruno and Ge Malfacine

A world-class kids program in College Park, Orlando,

The Kids Program is led by two of the most accomplished athletes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Bruno Malfacine and Ge Malfacine. Together, they bring world championship experience, technical excellence, and a deep commitment to helping children grow. Their goal is not only to teach Jiu Jitsu, but to use Jiu Jitsu as a tool to help children build confidence, discipline, self-defense skills, and success beyond the mats.

Bruno
Malfacine
10x World Champion. IBJJF Hall of Fame.
Head Instructor.

Bruno Malfacine is one of the most accomplished competitors in the history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a 10x World Champion and IBJJF Hall of Fame athlete, Bruno understands what it takes to reach the highest level.

But his coaching philosophy is not only for future champions.

His mission is to help each child move toward their own goal while using Jiu Jitsu as a tool to change their life.

In Bruno’s classes, students learn structure, focus, technical detail, discipline, and respect. They are challenged, supported, and encouraged to become better every time they step on the mat.

GE
Malfacine
3x World Champion. Mentor. Coach.
Role Model.

Ge Malfacine, known throughout the Jiu Jitsu world as Gezary Matuda, is a 3x IBJJF World Champion, 3x Pan American Champion, and European Open Champion.

As a coach, Ge brings energy, care, discipline, and a powerful understanding of how Jiu Jitsu can transform a child’s confidence.

Her focus is not only on teaching techniques. It is on helping children become comfortable under pressure, stay calm in difficult situations, build mental control, and learn how to set boundaries.

For young students, especially young girls, Ge is an example of strength, confidence, and discipline. She shows children that being strong is not about being aggressive. It is about being prepared, calm, respectful, and confident.

Every child has a different goal

Not every child starts Jiu Jitsu for the same reason.

Some parents want their child to learn self-defense. Some want their child to build confidence. Some want help with focus, discipline, or emotional control. Some children love sports and may eventually want to compete.

Our Kids Program supports all of those goals.

Students are guided through a structured learning environment where they can progress at their own pace. They learn the same core values every champion needs: consistency, effort, respect, humility, and resilience.

Whether your child wants to become a world champion or simply become more confident in everyday life, Jiu Jitsu gives them a path to grow.

Little eagles program

A positive first step into jiu jitsu

The Little Eagles Program is designed for younger students beginning their Jiu Jitsu journey.

At this stage, the goal is to help children feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. Classes focus on basic movement, coordination, listening skills, partner work, simple self-defense concepts, and the foundations of Jiu Jitsu.

Little Eagles learn how to follow instructions, move safely, respect their teammates, and participate in a structured class environment. Through games, drills, and age-appropriate techniques, they begin developing body awareness, balance, confidence, and discipline.

This program is ideal for children who are new to martial arts, need a positive outlet for energy, or would benefit from building confidence in a supportive setting.
